Credit
Card: We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
cards (U.S. cards only). You can submit your credit card payment online
instantly via our secure online checkout, or call us at (609)971-9200
to pay by phone.
Paypal:
Paypal payments online are welcome with a confirmed shipping address.
E-checks must clear prior to shipping.
Purchase
Orders:
To order via purchase order, please call us at (609)971-9200. We accept
purchase orders (POs) from schools, colleges, universities, government
institutions and other organizations. Standard NET 30 days will apply
upon approved credit account. Please include your email address with your
PO if you wish to receive email confirmation of shipment.
Check
or Money Order:
We also accept checks or money orders by mail, made payable to "Metro
Music LLC". Checks and money orders must be drawn on a U.S. bank
in U.S. dollars. There is a $30 fee for all returned checks.
Sales
Tax
We
are required to charge 7% NJ sales tax for orders shipping to a New Jersey
address.
Shipping
Free
shipping on all orders over $1500! Most direct-ship items are
shipped by freight carrier from the manufacturer in California. Some smaller
items may be shipped by FedEx or UPS depending on size and weight. Expedited
shipping may be available for an additional charge - please call us at
(609)971-9200 for a quote. Free shipping offer applies only to the continental
US. If a shipment is refused or undeliverable, a 30% restocking fee may
be charged.
Return
Policy
All
sales are final. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact
us at (609)971-9200 for a replacement. For warranty service, please contact
the manufacturer directly.
2-Year
Warranty
Road
Ready warrants to the original owner of each new IntelliStage product,
for a period of 2 years form the date of purchase, (provided that it is
purchased at an Authorized Intellistage Dealer) that is free of defects
in materials and workmanship and that each product meets or exceeds all
factory published specifications. This warranty is void if the product
has been tampered with or misused beyond reasonable wear, and shall not
apply if the product has been physically damaged. Improper handling, set-up
or use of this unit could cause it to fail which could lead to serious
injury or death. Please be sure to read, understand and follow all operating
instructions and weight load information in this manual before using this
product. Do not allow children or untrained persons to use this product.
There are no obligations of liability on the part of Road Ready or Metro
Music LLC for any personal injuries, death, consequential damage or any
other indirect damages with respect to, loss of property, revenues, profit
or costs of removals, installations or re-installations arising out of,
or in connection with, the use or performance of an IntelliStage product.
