A Comfortable & Sturdy Stool For Labs & Classrooms

The fortified construction and soft comfort of the National Public Seating 6400 Series heavy-duty padded stools are ideal for hands-on educational settings like art rooms, science labs, home economics or shop classrooms.

This reliable stool features a strong frame of 18-gauge steel tubing securely welded to a 14"-diameter seat pan. Riveted through the steel pan are 1/2"-thick gray vinyl cushioning that will provide years of dependable use. Footrest ring is securely bonded to each leg with four spotwell contact points.

The best stool I’ve found

The best stool I’ve found. I needed one that doesn’t tip over and feels sturdy. This one is solid and well constructed for me. I weigh 290lbs and this stool is great to work with. The legs are angled to prevent tipping over while I’m moving around the work area.
