IntelliStage Lightweight 3' Wide Step Kit for 16" High Stages

Overview

Durable, modular step surface featuring multiple layer sandwich construction and aluminum profile on all sides. Unique accordion-style folding riser provides sturdy support for your step and locks securely to platform via our unique platform locking screws. Supports up to 153 lbs per square foot.

Kit includes all necessary parts for one ascending step: one 8" high step riser, one step platform and hardware for connecting the step to the stage.

Please note: Published heights for IntelliStage brand products refer to leg measurement only and do not include the thickness of the platform. Add 1.25" to the published height to understand the finished height of the IntelliStage platform/riser assemblies.

extra step unit

We purchased an extra step unit to use with our stage package. The steps have to be attached to the stage or it will slide around when stepped on (on our wood floor). We purchased nonslip pads to mitigate the hazard.

We love this stage. It's compact storage is perfect for our venue. My team can easily assemble the components in a timely manner. The panels are a bit heavier than I though so we use two people always to install, but if you are strong, then you could do a one person install. We had some issues with the railings for the stairs being wobbly. I wish the holes came pre-drilled but customer service was great at resolving the issue and they sent out new ones. For a lightweight, portable system, this has been amazing!

This step really made a difference in SAFETY! I had a step stool before and my guest fell off it because the stool was not solidly attached to the stage. The IntelliStage step is solidly secure to the stage. I bought the one with durable, industrial plastic on top because it will withstand shoes and scuffs.
