Custom stage skirting is available in several styles, including Flat Wrap Stage Skirts, Box-Pleat Stage Skirts and Shirred Stage Skirts. Each style offers a different look, from sleek and modern to traditional and formal.
Stage skirt height should match the finished height of your stage, including the platform deck thickness. Measure from the floor to the top of the stage deck to ensure proper coverage. Please note that our skirt have a 3/4-inch height tolerance, so your skirt height may be slightly over or under.
For Box-Pleat and Shirred styles, widths over 16 feet are best broken into multiple smaller skirts (for example, two 12-foot skirts instead of one 24-foot skirt). This makes handling, installation and washing easier, and the pleating easily hides the transition between skirts. Flat Wrap skirts work well at any width up to 40 feet wide, since they are lighter weight and fold up easily.
All of our custom stage skirts have a 1.25-inch tall strip of Velcro® (soft side) sewn in to the upper edge for the entire width of the skirt. Each custom skirt you order includes your choice of 1.5" plastic skirt clips (for IntelliStage), 2.5" plastic skirt clips (for Staging 101) or stick-on Velcro tabs (universal) for attaching your skirt to your stage (1 piece per foot of skirt width).

Custom stage skirts are made to order with a usual production time of 2-3 business days before shipping, allowing for quick turnaround when timelines are tight. All custom skirts ship from New Jersey via UPS Ground (or freight if shipping with a stage). No, custom stage skirts are not returnable or cancellable, as each order is made just for you and placed into production immediately after ordering. All of our polyester stage skirts are machine washable with mild detergent in warm water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low heat. To remove wrinkles, use a cool iron or handheld steamer.
