I purchased this as an artist's stool that could also work behind my desk. The concealed adjustable pole is convenient and more reliable than other adjustable options. The stool has a sturdy weight without being too heavy to move, and the blue is a nice pop of color in my workspace! Perfect if you're looking for an alternative to an ugly / heavy desk chair and want to emphasize healthy posture while working.
