Same flexibility and portability as the riser supports for the 4 x 4 platforms. I plan on adding more step units in the future because they are so versatile. We use staging at the church for multiple applications.

The Intellistage system is wonderful. I host house concerts and wanted to get a safe, sturdy professional quality yet compact system to use in my large great room that is the venue for visiting artists performances. Last fall I bought 16 inch high risers and six 3x3 foot stage panels. I had one 8 inch riser for one step that is 1x4 feet in size, and I am adding a second 8 inch high step. This system stores compactly, the 3x3 panels are not overly heavy, the risers are sturdy and, again, store very well. The linkage to the stage via the connectors is bomb proof. And the customer service from Stage Drop is fantastic. Very happy customer.
